oh ! i banned from the tv and computer once again cos i didnt do my father's maths assignment . i think this method isnt useful or rather i am not interested in tv now and i only use computer for blogging , nothing else .

i went to Paris Park with my cousin and family yesterday , its damn fun !
i dont have the pictures now cos this isnt my computer .
i dug a hole that as deep as my niece height .
i ask javier to go in cos it will be until his neck but then he scare .
he waste my effort leh , i dug that hole for him . haha ,
in the end , i went in .

Training !

today's training is so lively , super a lot of people .
I ran one an a half round arnd bedok reservior with jeanette[lek .
She damn funny she say,'i damn brave because i run with you '
cos she say running with me is terrifying [;

training did 6 x 4mins with connie , vino , divya , joanne and hazel .
and 5 x 200m [;

i didnt do maths today cos im doing lit . yar , so my dad's gonna extend the punishment , i think :p

i wasted 3 hrs of my afternoon by sleeping ...

somehow , i feel damn uncomfortable now .
i feel like puking ....arrrrghg

i am spliting into 1 000 000 pieces anytime .

Today training --> -->-->-->-->--> horrendous:[

Ran one and a half rounds around bedok reservior alone
cos jeanette[lek] couldn't wake up .

7 people turned up for training -.-

Took k2 with xiaofeng
( i can never take with her , i know she'll pull so i dont pull much )
we did 2km warm up & 4 x 1km with Limin
We lost to her for every set .
i wasnt even concentrating , my direction was ___ .
Even xiaofeng cant stand it .

Took k1 ( xiaofeng take with jeanette[lek])
We did 6 x 500m , together with limin .
she beat up in all the sets , expected .

Throughout the entire training , jerry was screaming and scolding me like nobody's business because i couldnt burst at the last 2 bouys ( thats why i lost to limin ) i no more energy already , how to burst ?!?! What's more , i not really balance .

-faster turn and go to 500 mark
-rotate

i nearly went crazy !!!!!!!!! its worst than nightmare .

i am going to go through another swimming nightmare now .

pathetic !!!! every trng there's less than 9 people [;
thank god its only like that for one week if not i wont even go trng .

today , ran the outer round of bedok reservior with jeanette[lek]
( the road path not the sand )
there was a hill and maybe next time after trng we should just sprint up and down that hill . Everyone would probably die halfay or something [;
Not anyone of them came until 8.30 when the latest should be 8.30 .
-Took k2 with Jeanette[chow]
we did 10 x 2 mins sprint.
it nearly took our lifes .
-Took t1 and paddle 1km ( haha , for the fun of it )
-Took k1 ( sprinting ) 4 x 100m and 4 x 50m -> sprint alone except the last set , jeanette[lek] sprint with me [;
i cant wait for this week to pass faster . Oh ! there's no trng tmr and i have my exam .

training !
Reach bedok reservior at 6.40?
its still very dark . But the reservior's water damn nice especially the reflection .
Jeanette[lek] came at 7 , we ran 2 rounds around bedok reservior .
it nearly took our lifes .
26mins for the first rnd , the second one dont know .
wth , we wanted to jump into the reservior while running . its hot HOT ![;

Water trng started at 8 plus ?
i had to paddle alone .... alone can you imagine that ...
i did
-2km warm up
-6 x 4mins
-2 x200 & 1 x 100 with jeanette

After that was super funny !
we threw our paddle away and had to use our hands to paddle .
Unfortunately , i capped ... went to the side to get back up .
(jeanette laugh ... then threw her paddle again ) bbissh !
Jeanette capped ! haha ! i paddle her back and its damn funny !

Went home and sleep . zzzZzZz .
now , play piano ... sian

Yesterday i went for cca orientation [; haha , i get to skip hmt but afterall still must do zuo wen . i nearly stayed back but yar , i finish the zuo wen during recess . There's a china girl , she said she and victoria got communication problems and yar , she damn straight forward .

Today , i saw a freaking cockroach on the floor after recess when going to assemble . Its disgusting , gabriel didnt notice it so he walk so close to the cockroach that he almost stepped on it ( its like 1cm away from is shoe ) yucks . took height and weight yesterday , and i think i shrink 1 cm but my cockeye friend measure then i shrink 3 cm , wth , anyway who cares about him .

Water training

The weather is so annoying . It rains and stop then rain and stop . We did :
-punching
-swinging
-crutches
-push up
-running ( crazy !!! )
-drp paddling
-2 x 4 km with 3 bottles in the t1
-500m sprint with nothing [;

I didnt know Jeanette ( sec2 ) is so crazy ! man ! we were laughing like crazy while waiting for the bus and in the bus itself ( more than half an hour ) until qing qing decided not to be body builder . HAHAHAH ! joker !

Hazelll lets beat joanne cos she thinks juniors are lousy ! smack her ! :D hahahas

wow ! guess what ? its the first few days of school and we have tons of homework piling up already [;how great can that be . Not .

school ended like 12.30 so we have dont know how much time before training starts . Xiaofeng and i went to duplicate the key so we walked until the 4th bus stop then took the bus to bedok [; walking is better than waiting for buses .

went back to school and played captain's ball but when trng's about to start it rained [; dont need to do suicides :D long time never run long distance .
-gym 4 x 10 (sets)
-ran 12 rounds outside school
after that i ran another 2 rnds with veron , then it rained [; i love running in the rain . haha.

My bone's breaking so maybe i dont need to go swimming tmr , but i dont think that my cher would let me off so , yar , still have to swim.

Omg , monday another land trng . 3 continuous land trng . can kill .

Finally , i got the time to update my blog [[: Last 2 days we had land trng , i almost died . Now i am full of problems!

I didnt paddle today cos Jerry say can . haha . so i help xiaofeng cos she took k1 and she can't balance so she came up after awhile . Nellie was in Macritchi today . wheee . never seen her for a milion years [: sprinting still smile smile . qian bian :p

haha . its was so funny in the bus . Hang Rong is full of crap ! we laugh from Macritchi all the way back to school . Yuan Song's brain is really empty and he has such a bad taste ! hahahhahah . jkjk . We went back to school and did 100 push up *lightning ! bomb !

Zhiyin , Xiaofeng , Hang Rong , Qing Qing , Xin hui , Jerrie and i took 229 . We occupied all the seats at the back of the bus . hahahahha . all of us laugh until we almost died because of lack of oxygen then everyone were staring at us cos we were too noisy . [[: haha . especially qing qing , she's like a circus clown !

Yay! i'm back !!!!
haha . just called xiaofeng neh . she told me how much she miss me [[[: eh , so sorry didnt have time to buy what you want . Although i am at home , i feel like i am still shaking :S
Sunday
-board the cruise and went to play arcade .
-eat my lunch * my cousin did a very stupid thing . he thought the coffee mate was the coffee powder so he took the hot water and everything . haha . when he nake the thing . everything turn out WHITE ! hahh . he was shock [: he asked why the coffe white colour want . hahah . he's a sec 4 ! My brother was disgusting , he put the watermelon skin inside the coffe then ran away . ;S
-went running around the cruise and exploring ( there were 13 level ! )
-ate dinner
-went swimming . super coldd :/
-watch a movie at 11 p.m. ( Prince and me 2 ) the starting almost made me sleep .
- went to play card and slept at 3
Monday
-went roaming in the cruise and sat beside the pool .
-watch movie *super early (open season)

we reach Penang at 12 noon .omg ! we had to sit a small boat that is enclose . arrr ! i almost vomited :S lucky its only five minutes . we sat a taxi to the fruit farm and the taxi turn here and there up the hill until i almost died so i slept in the taxi . haha .

We went to a thai temple and my cousin went to pray to every statue . how nice . wosh . but we only got 1 hour to shop so i couldn't find anything . only SWEETS !
Got by to the cruise and i was hell dizzzzzzzy . i skip dizzy and went to 'blow wind'
Tuesday
yay! we went to phuket . its much better than penang .
We took a van cause we didnt want to go with the tour .
-cashewnut farm . [[: so many type of cashew nut . there's : chocolate , chilli , garlic and a lot more flavour . but the chilli super hot .
-shooting range . haha . my brothers ,sister and cousin shoot only so i just stand there and watch . the gun 'bang' i almost go deaf cos they take the short gun . haha , my cousin got 43/50 so sad my brother lost by 2 marks .
-snake show ! wheeeee . i love this ! the pictures shall xplain everything . haha . my cousin got freak out when the person put the snake on her ;D
-elephant trekking . omg ! i sat on the elephant for half an hour when its RAINING ! sooo cold ! thanks to my sis cos she wants to sit so my mum ask me to sit with her .
-the jewellery industry . haha . they talk so much i dont know what they talking about . instead i was running here and there . [:
-beach ! its nice ! the wave very very very bigggg . sad . no photos of it .
-food industry ! haha . this is funny ! we went trying every food . haha . my cousin went to put the sample into his pocket then he say no more liao .
-bee farm . haha , its actually selling honey . chey . we thought we were going to see the different types to bee . haha .
-wet market ! haha . my cousin said he see the vegetables already then he super energetic . [[: their wet market really wet market . The market looks like a 100% market and it WET ! haha .
After that we went back to the cruise . i was dizzzy like ___ Actually not only me . plus everyone also cos the wave very big . Then the swimming pool like TSUNAMI! the wave make the boat shake then all the water splash out from the swimming pool .
-we went to the Jacuzzi . haha . the temperature was 38 degree .
-streetline performance ! its nice although we were late we still managed to see the gays ! [[:
-there a movie ( the holiday ) we watch for 40 mins and walked away cos its really very boring .
Wednesday
morning we played
-mini golf
-basketball
-checkers
-carrom
we went to the behind the scene tour . it's quite fun !
- we went to the arcade and spent $50 haha . this is the first time my dad pays so much for playing arcade[[[[:
home !!!!

Today
Trng ended super late plus the lunch was 4? I almost died during trng !we did circling and warm up . but after those 2 i had no energy left cos i used too much strength :S we paddle 3 500m and 4 250m .

I paddle with vino and jerrie . whosh , they were fast! we time ourselves and the first 500m was super super slow . arr! the second one we didnt time cos i dont feel like timing . The third 500m was __ . i was suppose to start with vino and jerrie + take timing . so we paddle paddle paddle 3 balls later i stopped and scream so didnt take their timing for them and i had to go back to the 500m and paddle myself so i took my own timing . its faster[:

The 250m was __ . The first round was okay but after that continue paddling , we almost died . Jerrie and I was wailing(?) and i capped when i reach the end then i wanted to jump the building . Then jerry keep saying i cannot balance . oh whatever . i slept in the bus . haha . too tired .

I am dead tired .

School was super duper slack . The first half of the lessons, we were in the hall listening to the ‘financial’ thing . That man sure talks a lot . haha . After recess , we do the ‘shoduku’ thing . Its so boring + annoying . I can’t even complete one ! [:

We had land trng . Yea . it killed me . A lot of them didn’t come for trng like onli 12 of us there ( including Ruo Ning ) . We did 4 sets for everything . Then we had running .

Ruo Ning time every round that we ran . we are suppose to run 6 round *( stop after each round ) but in the end we ran 5 rounds n Ruo ning let us walk one round . My best timing was 2.12 min the lousiest was the third round I got 2 .31 min . arrr ! Then after tt , we did two round continuous and my timing was 5.44 min . all super lousy . I ran until I was out of breathe but didn’t stop . but I have already push myself to the limit cos I am running with cough . flu n headache . just nv tell Ruo Ning . until later part , xf went to tell her .

In between those rounds , we did altogether : 50 sit up , 130 pick money , run up 4th level once , 50 crutches(?) , 150 jumping jacks , 100 pushups *( not sure fer this). Gabriel is funny ! he made us laugh a lot after trng . haha .
