oh my gosh . guess what ? my cousin have been teaching my mother how to make all kinds of weird drinks ! That day she mixed wine and coffee ( i like this )and there's once she mixed wine coffee and milo powder ! its damn sweet with the milo powder ! haha so my dad dont allow her to buy anymore milo ;[ but now the wine finish already .Then . . .
my cousin ask my mother to mixed wine with green tea ! ITS NOT VERY NICE[[[; haha , i wonder if my cousin gets stomachache when he makes all this [;
Had land training today. walked to the bustop and i cant find my wallet so i went back home again . seached the whole house upside down but still cant find my wallet . so i went to seach my bag again . guess what ? my wallet's inside >.< That explain's why i am late then my mum dont want to fetch me so no chioce .
reached school , they were waiting for me so i put my bag and we ran to east coast ! whee ! i just love running to east coast , the scenery's damn nice :D its not very tiring because we run awhile then stop for the traffic lights * breaks the momentam(?)
We did weights ! its been a long long time since i last did weights cause we seldom have land training .
wheeee ! i finished all ten jian baos already [;
oh ! yesterday was the first time in dont-know-how-many months , that my niece allow me to carry her without having to drop a tear [; normally she would cry after looking at me [;

I haven been training real seriously ever since i came back from Taiwan and Hong Kong until today's trng [; We were the only school training so we had the whole the reservior to ourselves . haha . oh , there's people doing dragon boating . Guess what ? i took with Ruo Ning today :D i waited dont-know-how-long just to take with her , like 1 year [[; Actually , i ask jerry to let me take with her derrs . Not many people came for training because of homeworks .
We did :
-more than 10 sets of 30x4 jumping jacks
-dry paddling
-2 km warm up
-4 x 2 km ( lucky not 8 km straight ;] )
-3 x 500m ( can die )
Ruo Ning , Thank you for today's training :D Its tiring but kinda fun [;

Everyone did well ! Congrats those who completed the whole thing . Qing Qing take over me and she got second [[; Brenda N aisha got first . oh yea ! The both of them ate chocolate while paddling then when Brenda ame up she realised that the other half of the chocolate which she kept in the number tag was gone ! how pro? haha . Fatin and cassandra got second [;
Venice was damn funny in the lorry ! she kepting screaming cos she was afraid that she will ' tiong tiong ' off the lorry [; Trng's cancelled tmr ;[
