AH HA ! i can capsize and flip back with my paddle in the slalom boat !!!!!!!!!!! then i tried the 360 degree turn with just the hands and without the paddle . OMG .... i cap and i cant flip back . hahahahs . so i had to struggle for damn long then the instructors pull me back up cos i dont want to do that capsize drill whereby i have to remove my spray deck....

i think i sprain my wrist while playing , carrying the boat? i dont know... but its paaaaiiiinnnnn....

i am taking k1 500m for junior world champsss..... haha .... unless i shave off 10s from my current timing i dont think i can even get into the semis or the finals....

haha! I SAW A REALLY CUTE LITTLE GIRL TODAY [; (julienne's sister) she's like 1 years old?? haha

SLALOM TRNGGGGG..... IT WAS FUN YET VERY DIZZYYYYY . the boat is made to turn so we kept spinning 360 degree..... i want to learn the capsize and flip back one ! hahahahas....

yvon and i clean the shed today[; such hard workers hahaha. actually brandon and leon are supposed to help but they ran away [;

EUGENE LEONG is a PUSSYYYYYYYYYYY!!!! HE is an asss . he's always slacking when everyone is carrying that super-heavy-fat salom boat . That day he just take the paddle like 2 at a time when we take 2 boats at a time . today he didnt even take anything , he took an UMBRELLA and shelter people when everyone is wet ! hahahas

whoohooo... i pon trng in the morning cos i thought most of the junior girls wouldnt be going cos of the dragonboat comp but in the end they went for trng cos the competition wasnt so early in the morning.

oh!my .. i soo dont want to go trng in the afternoon cos i didnt want to do the 4km time trial its crazy and i hate time trial. haha . but in the end ... i dont know why i went . haha .

OMG ! and coach allowed me to take k2 with julienne provided she do with me the timetrial again. HAHA . JULIENNE WON A BRIDGE GAME . its her first time winning , she was so happy that she agreed to do the timetrial again . HAHAHAHAHAHA !

We did the time trial alone cos like most of the people did it in the morning . It was damn tiring and painfullll . i felt like iwas going to die at the 2nd km. we are not allowed to turn after the 1 km mark we are supposed to go behind the pontoon from lane 0 to lane 7, I HATE THE TURNING. Seriously its the FIRST time in my life i push so hard , like when ever the boat slows down , julienne will shout 10 HARD STROKES and it really have to be hard if not she will shout again , haha. its really nice to be able to push soooo much . CLOSE TO DYING [; haha

We managed to hit below 21 min if not it will be like a k1 timing[; ermm , our timing's like 20.41min... then abigial and suzzie's k2 timing is 20.17min... okay so we've got to try to hit 20.20min[;

I TRIED THE C1 AFTER THE TIMETRIAL ! !!!!! it was fun! i had a hard time trying to balance the boat and even if i can balance i will cap cos i cant go STRAIGHT ! i keep going in circles . hahah . i cant change the direction either. hahaha. but its a nice boat[;

julienne is addicted to bridge so we played it with joshua and james after bathing . haha . james is an asss and he talks nonsense . hahah . oh! i am having SLALOM TRNG tmr !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HAHAHAHAHAHHAAH . this means that we can SKIP THE TIMETRIAL!!!!!!!!!!! haha . its like 1000m,500m and 2o0m timetrial . ENOUGH TO KILLL!!! hahaha

ah ha ! i took k1 in the morning and k2 with julienne in the afternoon [; and....... we got scolded for giving too much backwash... [; ... at least this shows that we are not slowwww . ahahah . nat team people are crazy , when coach says 70% , the k1 can go faster than our k2 so of cos we had to go faster , how can a k1 win a k2 . haha . yea , and again we got scolded for not using 70% when EVERYONE is not using 70% at all .... then after that we tried to change [place , ermmmm... julienne will sit infront and i will try the back sit .... and again we were told not to change place in the middle of the settt when we are not even asking them to wait for uss.... then julienne was like :why cant we change our place? like how would i knowwwwww, i was the one who suggested ittttt.. but still we enjoy taking k222[;

OH!MANNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!arggggghhhhhh

shit ! I CANT COMPETE IN THE NATIONAL WOMAN!!!!! its on the 25th and 26th of july and i wont be in Singapore , this means that i cant take k2 500m with ruo ning and k2 1000m with julienne. And like this is the only time i can take with them , whose knows when is the next time . arhhhh.How i wish i can just fly back from Romania these 2 days..... and i want to try c1[; yvon and john tried it today while the c1 guyus tried the k boats . haha . super funny , they couldnt balance at all ![;

Today's trng is damn fun [; Its NAMES DAY [; created by coach[;
There's 10 people name of the names day list : john tang , yvon , maxine , joshua ...(erm i cant remember) but they are suppose to give the sets. 15min per person [;

there was ermm.... 15min captain ball , 15min relay , 15min easy back paddle(thanks to john but we didnt do this in the morning and i am not going in the afternoon)

The 15min captain ball is damn fun , its more than 15min altogether but everyone must play for 15min , there's like 5 group(nat team is so big compared to last time , last time they can only create like 2 groups). Sarah is damn good at captain's ball , haha , she's been playing net ball for almost 10 years ...

RELAY ! i took k2 with julienne , its been a long time since i last took a k2 . ITS DAMN FUNNNNN!!! AND SUPER COLDDDDD !!! we are like freezing when we paddle , the tail wind is stronger than anything else . i think if we are to do a time trial , our timing can be 10s faster . hahahas . we can coordinate with each other its just that my frequency is abit fast [; i soooo LOVE the weather today [; since i cant paddle with julienne for national woman , we'll try to ask coach if we can paddle together for SEACC.

oh!man ! i'm deadddd, i am taking k1 for junior world champs....

omg ! My National Colours just flew away and i mean it. i was damn close to getting it but i failed...
The NCC was the last one that i had to win but i gave up on my 10km event and i slack paddle throughout and i came back with a 5th. Then my 500m , there was 3 heats , 1st straight finals , 2nd and 3rd semis.

i got 1st ( 2.17min )for my heats , cheryl and meng yean got into semis. then yvon didnt make it cos andrea was in her heats and many other fast people. so this means that i have to get at least a second for my finals to get my national colours. Andrea(nus) , Lee yingying (acs), Joyce ho (nyp),meng yean(nus) , me , Suzanne Seah(nat team ) was in the 500m finals. And of cos i didnt make it . i got a fifth and it was my best . I got Andrea's backwash at the last 100m + i was super super tired already so i couldnt burst at the end. Lee yinging's burst is damn good , she was suppose to be 4th but she end up 3rd[;

Andrea-1st(2.03min) followed by Suzanne(2.05min) , yingying(2.10min) , joyce (2.11min), me (2.16min), meng yean(2.28min).

oh , but i have to admit that its a good experience and i LIKE it ![;

COACH WEDDING [;
oh my , his wife look so different from the last time we saw her at the BBQ[; Coach wedding is in like open space where they serve you whenever you want them to . and its all FRIED FOOD. we didnt stay for long , we reached at like 6 plus and left at like 8.45? Didnt eat much too cos the person serving is always disappearing . and mrs ong came too [;

We joined them at like 9 plus . and aiman can really climb like a monkey . he can climb up the coconut tree in less than 1 min . hahahs . Brandon tried but it wasnt successful , he came down half way . haha.Everyone was like crazy , coach and clarence went swimming in the sea , and some of the girls got dunk into the water[;
The air con there is mad , its freaking cold , i slept like 2 hours only and i am freezingggg... Stephenie , wilona , clarence , ming sheng and i went to watch sun rise but apparently , its too cloudy so we didnt see anything , haha.

Came home ! and i was supposed to wake up at 10 to go for the 3A gathering (primary sch) , haha but i was too tired then i overslept until 10.50am. but still ... i went , just that i was late[; We had pizza , my teacher treat us [; he spent like 2 hours eating and chatting then we went to the playground at tm [; SPINNING SPINNING and spiinning like mad . After that we watch " Land of the Lost " if i remember correctly that's the title . oH my , its a super crappy movie , funny but dumb . hahhaas. its like wasting my 1 and a half hour watching . haha.

[; i hit 2.16min for my 500m time trial on sun ! hahah. super surprising , i thought the timing would be 2.25 around there so i dont really bother asking until today[; oh myyy... i do hope that i can hit around 2.12min this ncc which is this sat or sun , i also dont know ... but i'll tryy[[[;

oh! and i am going to coach's wedding this sunday with ruo ning , mr iskandar and mr ho. anyone else wants to come ??? [[;

I went to Pulau Aur , Malaysia , with my brothers , sister , my swimming teacher, uncle george , louise and swee huat ( long lost friends- haha but they are like more than 15 yrs older than us [;)and a few others that we dont know[;

We left for Malaysia in the evening on Friday , took a van(super cold) to Mersing . We reached the jetty at 12Am then we switch to a boat . OMG ! 4hours of seasickness ... can die . the boat is 10000 times worse than the one we take to Sebana cove. We reached Pulau Aur at 4 plus in the morning [; then sleep another 2 hours [;

On sat , we went diving . Okay , its actually a diving trip. We had 3 dives on sat and 2 on sunday.The deepest we went was 18.7m. I think i like everything except for the stupid boat . We took the same boat to go for diving and it rock like mad .After every boat trip , i feel like i am still tilting like how i was in the boat ...

Diving is so much more fun compared to snorkelling at least i dont have to hold my breath when i want to have a closer look at something . But of course there are more things to take note of . We played some lame game , i forgot the name but its just throwing dice , my teacher provide the gifts and we can win easily [; haha .

On sunday , after the 2 dives , we left at around 1 in the aafternoon and reach Singapore at 10pm .

Omggg , thursday i have piano exam but sat i am going Malaysia again [; Going to kelong ! [;
