know what ? i think syncronized swimming is damn cool ! i watch it yesterday , Russia won !Russia captured the gold medal in the synchronized swimming team competition on Friday by scoring 99.146 out of a possible 100 points. Japan won the silver with 98.860, and Canada took bronze with 97.357.
Inna Osypenko-Radomska damn power ! especially her last burst its super fast [[[;Inna Osypenko-Radomska from Ukraine claimed the Women's Kayak Single (K1) 500m title in 1:50.673 min at the Beijing Olympics on Saturday.
Josefa Idem from Italy took the silver in 1:50.677, and Katrin Wagner-Augustin from Germany got the bronze in 1:51.022.

Hungary claimed the Women's Kayak Double (K2) 500m title in 1:41.308min at the Beijing Olympics on Saturday.Poland took the silver in 1:42.092, and France got the bronze in 1:42.128.

Tmr's the olympics closing ceremony . I only watch the k4 race (men) cos the other times whebn they show the woman k1 , k2 race , i'm not at home . The artistic gymnastic is damn nice mostly from russia(?) and their make up's are super thick , eyes also damn big . hahahI've got my National colours ! (canoeing)

hE's damn good in diving and he's only 14 ... my agee [; But they didnt do very well cos his partner's splash is alwa7s so big !

Morning trng was sooo boring ... there's so little people and i'm just not in the mood to train . Took k4 with xin hui , aishah and Daesia . We were like super solem lahs ! no one talked at all ... paddle paddle paddle ...haha ! the fun part's coming ! [; Daesia tilt , i tilt back , aishah & daesia tilt ..... we CAPPED !
Brenda came to help but apparently we capped again when daesia was trying to get up .
I sit at the back Brenda's boat (T1) , took my paddle and WE PADDLED ! i slipped off the boat becos there were too much resistance and then later did a 360 degree turn with Brenda's boat ! hahahs ! damn fun !
After that , wanted to get back into the k4 . But then ..... they CAPPED ! ohhh so i pang sei them ! hahas ! i went back with Brenda [; I sit at the back of her boat with my legs in the water and we paddle back [; the current damn strong ! super tiring [; a 2 person t1 ride [;
ANOTHER FUN PART !
there was this THUNDERSTORM ! the wind was damn strong ... stronger than ever before ( its the first time seeing this happen in my life ) While Jeanette[chow] and i were enjoying the wind then someone came and say :' THE BOATS DROP ! ' true enough , the 6 k1 ,2 s drop( at the higher 3 racks ) ! oh ! 2 BOATS dropped on gabriel's head cos he was squatting there .
I went to Jerrie's rescue [; hahah ! she was stuck in the water , the wave was too strong . Crashing and slaming the shore . there's no way any k1 can paddle in that water . Within 15 mins .... we went home [[;
Does this sound very dramatic ??? its so damn true but i've got no camera at that time ... cannot take picture . hahas

Went swimming yesterday [; Only Ruo Ning , her sister , sian yi , zhi qing , gerald , kenneth , gabriel , soon lee and soon huat came ...there were super alot of people there lahs , cant swim properly at all ... we left at 10 ??
i 've been glueing(?) myself to the tv ever since the start of the olympics [; everyday from 10am-1 pm, 2.30pm-4pm , 6.30pm-9pm , 10pm-1am .
Yesterday i watch the cycling marathon(woman) . They cycled in the rain for like 3 hours plus plus ( 126 km ! ) Nicole Cooke from great britain won the Olympic gold medal , she took 3 hrs 32 mins 24 s [;

There was this part of the race where a korean woman tries to overtAke then somehow , she fell . Guess what , they cycle as a grp then she fall into the drain(shallow) then 4 other cyclist fell too !
Another part : this cyclist , she wasnt with the peloton , she was behind . There was alot of up slope and down slope then at one down slope turn , she bicycle glide and she went right into the drain ... damn pain lahs . its a deep drain ! practically , her whole person is in the drain . Cos of the rain , some didnt complete .
Tao Li got 5th in her finals [; Oh ! Michael phelps and his team won their 4x100m relay [; its a race so fast it actually erased two world records ! 3.8.24 mins ! ( damn fast )

Karolyi is raising a fuss about the ages of the Chinese gymnast, claiming that they do not appear to be the competition legal age of 16. Clearly the world's most famous gymnastics coach is forgetting that NONE OF THE GYMNASTS LOOK 16.bye bye .. i off to the tvvv[;

friday Cross country , MAMa Birthday , Olympic opening ceremony, aunty's birthday [;
we had x country yesterday . The sec 1s had to re-run next wednesday cos all of them ran the wrong route . It wasnt a pleasant x contry at all , there were just too many people .
Jiaxin , dashini(?) and i got last [;it took us an hour plus plus to complete , damn tiring ! we wanted to take a rent a bycycle , but didnt bring our wallet . haha .
Had steamboat for lunch the went ktv for like 2-7? with my family and cousins ! There was this damn old song called COFFEE OR TEA OR ME , it was super super funny ( we change the lyrics ! )Came home and celebrated my mother's birthday .

The last man who lit the torch was Li Ning , the first person who got a gold in olympic for china . COOL? its super gao siao , the way he run , slow and like real [;
China's stadium is 100 times cooler than singapore's stadium ! no offence , but i mean it and they people there are damn syncronised(?) in the way they perform .

Woke up super early cos of swimming . Had swimming lesson at 10 . oh ! i got my new timing , i improved my pb by 1 second [;
Brazil's volley ball team's damn strong . The beat this team by 11/25 , 11/25 , 10/25 in 17 mins , 18 mins and 17 mins(i think) .
Tao li got 1st in her heats [; but in verall ranking she got 4th . timing: 57.77(butterfly 100m) Quah wen ting got 4.48 for her heats [; Michael phelps's damn fast but he have yet to beat his former record , his heats is 2 seconds slower . but he most likely will break his record in the finals [;

SaturdayWent swimming[; No need to say , i lost to my brother again :] he clocked 40 laps in 30 mins , i only did 34 [; haah , we had relay ( 8 person 1 grp ) damn shiok !
Today
Reached school at 6 a.m. it was super duper dark ! ran 6 rounds , cold cold cold . The DnT side was horrible , there was no light , i dont know where i was running [; Ruo Ning still say NIGHTWALK , no NIGHT RUN , no MORNING-NIGHT RUN [;
Did 2 sets of weights , then went for flag raising ...
i was suppose to come home to do my homework and all that , but i ended up sleeping and doing nothing ...

Thursday Training11 of us came for training including Jeanette[lek] .
We ran 12 rounds inside cos the weather's damn hot .
Did weights ! 1 min on 1 min off ( nearly died)
I partner Hang Rong and we were competing on who can do more in 1 min .
we did like 65 reps in a min -.- its killer .

i dont like IT , seriously , it boringg:[
Had ting xie , again , marilyn and i spent 5 mins learning everything [;
Bio , i was laughing throughout , nothing else .
haha ! had PHOTOTAKING [; it was like suona ! we stand in the sun and pose with our jackets on ! behaving like we are in an air conditioned foyer[; Then we had group photo , it was in the shade , fun ! [;

its the first time she didnt stop during a run , i must compliment her for that , its not easy [;

this is how its played :
we get into grps , 2 grps play first in the volleyball court.
we must push the ball to our goal , at the other end of the court .
The ball cannot touch the floor , it must be off ground .
when it touches the floor , both grp have to do 10 push up !
then after the push up , start at where we drop the ball[;
tall people have more advantage cos the short ones cant reach :[
