hE's damn good in diving and he's only 14 ... my agee [; But they didnt do very well cos his partner's splash is alwa7s so big !
He started diving at the age of seven, and is a member of Plymouth Diving Club. In May 2008, he was ranked 6th in the FINA Diving World Rankings men's 10-metre platform category, and by the following July he was ranked equal 17th, due to not participating in recent FINA Grand Prix meetings
In June 2004, at age ten, he won the platform competition in the National Junior (under 18) group, making him the youngest winner of that event.In March 2008, Daley became the youngest person to win a gold medal at the 2008 European Swimming Championships, held in Eindhoven.The previous youngest winner was the Scottish swimmer Ian Black, who won a European gold in 1958 at the age of 17.
Morning trng was sooo boring ... there's so little people and i'm just not in the mood to train . Did aces day dance during PE . i practically forgot everything [; STM cannot blame [;Lin lao shi was in a bad mood today so the class was super quiet ... alive was okayyy and during art ..... we drew Obama [[[; Maths lessonnn.... laughing throughout , never do work at all [[;

Took k4 with xin hui , aishah and Daesia . We were like super solem lahs ! no one talked at all ... paddle paddle paddle ...haha ! the fun part's coming ! [; Daesia tilt , i tilt back , aishah & daesia tilt ..... we CAPPED !
Brenda came to help but apparently we capped again when daesia was trying to get up .
I sit at the back Brenda's boat (T1) , took my paddle and WE PADDLED ! i slipped off the boat becos there were too much resistance and then later did a 360 degree turn with Brenda's boat ! hahahs ! damn fun !
After that , wanted to get back into the k4 . But then ..... they CAPPED ! ohhh so i pang sei them ! hahas ! i went back with Brenda [; I sit at the back of her boat with my legs in the water and we paddle back [; the current damn strong ! super tiring [; a 2 person t1 ride [;

' true enough , the 6 k1 ,2 s drop( at the higher 3 racks ) ! oh ! 2 BOATS dropped on gabriel's head cos he was squatting there .
I went to Jerrie's rescue [; hahah ! she was stuck in the water , the wave was too strong . Crashing and slaming the shore . there's no way any k1 can paddle in that water . Within 15 mins .... we went home [[;
Does this sound very dramatic ??? its so damn true but i've got no camera at that time ... cannot take picture . hahas

i 've been glueing(?) myself to the tv ever since the start of the olympics [; everyday from 10am-1 pm, 2.30pm-4pm , 6.30pm-9pm , 10pm-1am .
Yesterday i watch the cycling marathon(woman) . They cycled in the rain for like 3 hours plus plus ( 126 km ! ) Nicole Cooke from great britain won the Olympic gold medal , she took 3 hrs 32 mins 24 s [;
The 25-year-old's stunning late charge secured Team GB's first gold medal at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.
"This is what I have dreamed of since I was 11 years old," said Cooke. "It is fantastic, I'm so happy and proud.
"This is what I have dreamed of since I was 11 years old," said Cooke. "It is fantastic, I'm so happy and proud.
There was this part of the race where a korean woman tries to overtAke then somehow , she fell . Guess what , they cycle as a grp then she fall into the drain(shallow) then 4 other cyclist fell too !
Another part : this cyclist , she wasnt with the peloton , she was behind . There was alot of up slope and down slope then at one down slope turn , she bicycle glide and she went right into the drain ... damn pain lahs . its a deep drain ! practically , her whole person is in the drain . Cos of the rain , some didnt complete .
Tao Li got 5th in her finals [; Oh ! Michael phelps and his team won their 4x100m relay [; its a race so fast it actually erased two world records ! 3.8.24 mins ! ( damn fast )
Only 25 meters to go, half the length of the pool. Every stroke brought Lezak a little closer, a little closer, a little closer, his body seemingly carried along by the Frenchman's massive wake. The two lunged for the wall together. When the result flashed on the board, Phelps was still on course for his record eight gold medals.
Oh, by the way, Phelps set an American record leading off, 47.51. But it was Lezak's anchor that everyone will remember. He got down and back in a staggering 46.06, the fastest relay leg in history though it doesn't count as an official record.
China Guo Jingjing/wu minxia won the three-meter synchronized springboard event ! Gold medal [;Guo and Wu, who were also the current world champions, combined for a score of 343.50. The Russian tandem of Julia Pakhalina and Anastasia Pozdnyakova captured the silver medal with 323.61, while Germany's Ditte Kotzian and Heike Fischer won the bronze medal with 318.90.
I think the gymnas are damn good and they loook damn young !WOMEN'S GYMNASTICS
China 248.275 points
United States 246.800 points
Russia 244.400 points
Famed U.S. Olympic gymnastics coach Bela Karolyi is not a fan of little girls. At least not ones who can beat his team in the Olymics. Karolyi is raising a fuss about the ages of the Chinese gymnast, claiming that they do not appear to be the competition legal age of 16. Clearly the world's most famous gymnastics coach is forgetting that NONE OF THE GYMNASTS LOOK 16.bye bye .. i off to the tvvv[;
