i am spliting into 1 000 000 pieces anytime .
Today training --> -->-->-->-->-->
horrendous:[Ran one and a half rounds around bedok reservior alone cos jeanette[lek] couldn't wake up .
7 people turned up for training -.-
Took k2 with xiaofeng
( i can never take with her , i know she'll pull so i dont pull much )we did
2km warm up &
4 x 1km with Limin
We lost to her for every set .
i wasnt even concentrating , my direction was ___ .
Even xiaofeng cant stand it .
Took k1 ( xiaofeng take with jeanette[lek])
We did 6 x 500m , together with
limin .
she beat up in all the sets , expected .
Throughout the entire training , jerry was screaming and scolding me like nobody's business because i
couldnt burst at the last 2 bouys ( thats why i lost to limin ) i no more energy already , how to burst ?!?! What's more , i not really balance .

-faster turn and go to 500 mark
-rotate
i nearly went crazy !!!!!!!!! its worst than nightmare .
i am going to go through another swimming nightmare now .
