Day 22
Anyway before I start .. that day carmy was like “ you Singaporeans don’t know how to eat properly and train properly . when you train in Hungary , you don’t say ‘come on , lets go ‘ , you will say ‘ I want to kill you’ you treat everyone else like your enemy . you want to beat them and crush them . when you eat , you don’t say ‘ I don’t like to eat this or I cant finish’ when there’s a plate of food in front of us , we will just finish it “ and they really eat a lot . hahahhas . Anyway I weigh myself today !! . hahahas . guess what ?!?! I gain weight like crazy . hahhas . but who cares [; I don’t give a damn .but still … die . hahahhas . I want to be FAST AND STRONG . we don’t need huge arm muscles to be fast , we just need muscles at the RIGHT place ( this is what coach say ) [[[; I guess this training camp is really useful. We don’t train like retarts but for every trng , we kill ourselves and from this camp … I know what are the muscles we really need and what kind of machines is really useful for correcting our strokes and making us stronger[; although we don’t get to paddle over here , we SWIM , CYCLE , RUN , SKI , CLIMB MOUNTAIN , WEIGHTS .. its really cool … the amount of things we get to do over here [;and we don’t get sick of mountain running and mountain climbing cos there are tons of mountains for us to climb . when you are sick of one … JUST GO TO THE OTHER ONE ! . HAHAHAHAS . Skiing twice today … [; super tiring …
Day 23
Weights in the morning … quite tiring but still its fun . swimming . 1hour … in that one hour swim as many laps as you can … I wanted to complete 3km…which is 60laps … haha …. But I did 59 only . hahahhahs . wilona and weiling they all did like 77laps? Hahahas . damn fast . they had 4 fast people in their lane … then the other 7 of us in the other lane we had fun crashing into one another , poking one another’s ass and tickling each other’s feet . hahahhas . cos it was really squeezyyyyy … 7 people in one lane somemore must overtake . hahahhas . free time from 3.30pm to dinner . now its like 1am here … but I cant sleep cos my forearm is super tight … like cramping up … just like after weights trng … so that’s why I am updating my blog instead . sian ….
