Day 8
Fun day !!!! it’s a warm day by the way . haha . like few degree …. RUNNING UP THE MOUNTAIN !!!!!!! we run the car route becos it was drizzling so the snow melt and its like super slippery [; Its damn fun! At first , the lst 10min was warm up … I nearly died . haha … I also don’t know why … after that , we started the run at your own pace … the first 1km plus was flat road … I nearly died .. I was damn tired … I was at the back . haha … and it stinks … omg … the exhaust fumes from the car really stink like mad … I am serious .. after that we reach the up hill part [; I was the super high away roller coaster like thingy but I chose to lie to myself . haha . I keep telling myselfot going to run till there cos its damn far away . hahajajaja . but the fact is that we are!! Ahah . I was running with Suzzie … she kept pushing me but it was a good pace . I wasn’t really dying just panting … I wore like a long sleeve ( like Helly hensen ) and the team Singapore windbreaker … halfway I was like OMG SOOO HOTTT …perspiring like mad .. everyone’s like tthat actually [; Reached up it was like 39min plus then came down … I was pushing suzzie cos she wanted to stop cos she say her knee pain … but of cos I didn’t let her stop [; I finished it in like 1 hour14min … belle was the fastest girl followed by Cheryl , weil , me , suzzie , Maxine , wilona [; Ziqiang did it in like 57min [;
After that I did the rowing maching [; 100 each side [; Then for the whole afternoon … I was making belle’s present [; I was her secret santa [; had gastric at like 5 ? when I finish lunch at 1plus ? I nearly died … went back and continued to make the present till like 11plus pm [; but it was enjoyable was weiling , ziqiang , brian , suzzie and wilona were there . so we were like laughing like mad also [;and …. My secret santa gave me koko krunch ! [; haha cos I eat that every morning .. and we finish the whole packet yest night . haha . today my secret santa gave me sweetssss and chocolates like super a lot of it . haha … cos I finish all nerds already ! hahahahah. This is so fun
