Day 5
Yesterday night was the coldest ... -20 plus degree . haha ... today morning was like - 11 to -13 ... it will start to get warmer next week .. like it may reach 0 degree[:
Time past like really fast today … haha … Morning had 4 eggs for breakfast but I ate very little of it cos I ate too much cereal. Haha … Went onlbut not many people was online SOOOO .. I just went up to my room to complete another Jian bao [;
Went for weights trng at 9.30 … Started at 10 … did like erm … 4min and 2min alternate [; 10 stations [; I SERIOUSLY LOVE WEIGHTS TRNG . the machines are really cool and its really fun [; very tiring though … and had lots of blue black cos of the ropes and my clumsiness … haha . but still I like it ..
Had lunch and I was hoping the time stop there . haha . but of cos it didn’t . haha . time past even faster that 1 an a half hour . Went for swimming at 2.30 .. started at 3 … 10 x 12 length(25m)… I died … mental block … I seriously hate it when
I have mental block it’s the worst thing ever in my whole entire life … I HATE DOCTORS … talk rubbish … oh! Did the hold breath thing and 300m warm down … [;
Dinner was funny … I laugh until I went crazy thanks to suzzie … I nearly died laughing . haha .
I wanted to complete another jian bao now but I felt like sleeping again … 8.30 only .. oh! I think I will sleep at 9.15pm again [; like yesterday ~![;and I managed to wake up 40 mins later than yest … like 5.40am [; hope tmr I will wake up around that time then I will do my jian bao [;

Did another jian bao this morning ! haha … had a lot of cereal for breakfast … I didn’t eat the bread or ham … don’t look nice … it snowed this morning but the snow are starting to melt cos its like only -2 degree … it didn’t even feel cold when we walked to the restaurant just now … usually I would be freezing …haha
Weights !!!!!!!! hahaha … 30mins in 2 stations ![; and so 8 stations [; my arms are seriously damn pain cos of the ropes … its like red and …. Blahhhh …. I just love weights trng …
Slope run!!!! 3 x 4min … actually its longer than 4 min for the 2nd and 3rd set … like 2nd set its 4.43min cos the girls had to start first and 5 min plus for the 3rd one … I nearly died … 3 x 2min and 3 x 1min .. I like to run beside suzzie … gives me motivation to go even faster [; feels good to be pushing so much ![; very tiring but worth it ![; haha .. everyone cough like mad after the run cos the air was too dry [; I drank palinka just now during their celebration [; it’s a celebration where the club give gifts to those who performed very well during the world juniors and their national championship [;
I think I sprain my neck or sth .. its damn pain .. like I cant look down or look up all the way … sickening …
Haha … my post is getting shorter as day goes by [;
