Yesterday’s 2nd half of the training was killer . I nearly dieddddd… For water Training we did 3x2km timetrial . For the first and third set , Nut and I got the same timing , for the 2nd set I won her mad but that’s because she don’t have the stamina.The timing was 11.08min , 11.27min , 11.38min respectively . haha . It’s a slow timing but its not my fault . the wind SUPER DUPER STRONG plus I scoop up don’t know how many weeds . hahah . I DRANK THE WATER IN THE LAKE ~! That’s because I am too thirsty , if I don’t drink I will die . it taste OKAY , its COLD and like plain water. At least nicer than Macritchie’s water . hahah .Brandon’s timing is like 10.34min , 10.09min and 10.16min respectively . haha. When he heard it he was like HUH?! Then Amanda was like SLOW RIGHT? Of course la . hahah . but the wind is really damn strong . Going to the 1km mark is like Singapore weather , coming back is ************ SIAO! I feel super colddddddd…….
Straight after water trng we went back to our room to change into our running attire . we hadf to run 6km . OMGGGGGGGGGGG …. Nearly faint and die on the spoy . I was like when is this 6km ever going to end . But the view is not baddd…. BUT I DON’T REALLY GET TO LOOK AT MY SURROUNDINGS COS I AM LOOKING AT THE PERSON’S LEG WHOSE STANDING INFRONT OF ME . HAHAH . one thing bad about running in this kind of super windy weather is that we cant run fast at all . THE AIR IS TOO DRYYYYYY… if I run faster I might just die cos Amanda , me and nut cough NONSTOP after running . THE SPARKLING WATER HELPS ! HAHAHAS . after drinking it we felt 10 times better . Oh by the way , there’s another girl from italy , she came yesterday and she will be joining us for trng from today . she’s 17 and she just started canoeing like 2 months ago but I don’t know what sport did she do before that . her personal coach came with her too [;
On Wednesday , which is today , the lake has no water [; we were supposed to do a 2km timetrial in the morning at 6.30 but yarrr… so we just did a 10mins run [;at first they said run and do weights but I don’t know why they change their minds . ohh! And the guys here are super funny . the guys from Australia lost his laggage and his paddle so he cant do anything and yesterday he was just walking around with his towel . hahahahs
