Yesterday afternoon was off so we went to the shops about 2km away and that includes walking up hills . hahahs .. I wasn’t aching so badly today cos of the rest we had yesterday afternoon . YAYAYAYAYAYAY !!! AHAHAHAHS .we had 2km timetrial today morning and the timing are to be given to ICF so we had to do like 100% . EVERYONE’s timing improve like mad . we did like one by one , 30s interval . The fastest was the k2 like 8.02min !!!! then Brandon was 4th he got like 8.39min , its her like best timing. I IMPROVED but I was Last on the list . hahahahas . I got like 10.10min and nut beat me again . hahahas . she IMPROVED too , she hit like 9.51min . Yea, but 10.10min its my best timing so far [[; the last time I took my timing in mac it was like 10.54min??
Okay , today is like quite slack , later we are doing 6 x 100m and 6 x 50m and 10km later . and tmr is timetrial .
