    hmmmm... where should i start....OKAY , THIS IS LIKE MY THIRD TIME TYPING THIS POST COS I ALWAYS TYPE HALFWAY THEN STH WRONG WITH THE INTERNET THEN I HAVE TO RETYPE….


    I was kinda upset after yesterday's water training . we went to the big lake to train so we have to walk up the slope , since there is no bouy , ms vigi will be the start line and the coach will be the finishing line , he will tell us when to stop . we are supposed to do 2x2km but they change the set to 4 x 1km. My timing were 5.08min, 5.20min, 5.26min and 5.38min. Nut beat me for every single set , ohhhmyyy , i was like " i dont want to padle anymore" ... this 4x1km set is the most tiring , or rather my tiredness is acculamulated , i havent been having enough sleep since sunday . I felt like giving up , seriously , but then again , i know i come here to improve , i still have a long way to go .... but after i know my timing i felt better cos i thought i would hit like 6minplus . Everyone was supposed to paddle at like 100% but l can only go at like 80plus% not because I am slacking but because I cant push any Further , If I start at 100% I would die out even before I cross the finish line cos when I was going at 80% at the start , I was already like dying towards the end .

    Oh ! we had FISH , BANANA and potato for dinner , it’s the first time they gave us fish and potato then everyone was saying that they caught the fish in the empty lake , don’t know if its true . but the fish is very fresh , it’s the type of fish we eat with sushi [;well at least its much better than eating drumstick everyday. Hahah. But some of them don’t seem to like the fish[;

    Today morning we went for water trng at 6.45am. The lake is still empty so we have to go to the big lake , which means we have to walk up that slope again . We paddled 6km , 3km warm up , 2km timetrial and 1km warm down . My 2km wasn’t very good cos my strokes were not effective . My frequency is much faster than nut frequency but my boat is not gliding as fast as hers. Cos I want kicking , the Romanian people are so tall so even if I put my seat and foot rest to the to the nearest hole , I cant really kick . oh! And I have like don’t know how many abrasions already …. And it seems like I am rushing for my next stroke….Nut thrashed me , she hit like 10.0sth min while I hit like 10.46min … well , if want to go fast I will just have to work on my stroke. And train my stomach muscle cos after the land trng my stomach muscle damn pain so cant really use the body . I am supposed to use my body to twist then my hands will just follow through … then I wont waste so much energy . cos now I am just using a lot of arm strength .

    10.15 WATER TRNG : we did 3km warm up .
    - 5 (strokes) on , 10 offf , 10 on , 15off , 15on , 20 off , 20on , 25off , 30 on , 300m off
    -30(strokes) on , 25 off , 25on , 20off , 20on , 15off , 15on , 10off , 10on , 5 off , 5on , 300m off
    - 5 (strokes) on , 10 offf , 10 on , 15off , 15on , 20 off , 20on , 25off , 30 on , 300m off
    -1x 1000m ( 5 strokes on , 5 strokes off ) 1 stroke is left + right

    After that we did 6km run , some of them cheated , they see the first person turn then they turn , they never even complete … wahhh now my leg is like deaddddd… damn painnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
