    nanfeng was here @ 3:15 AM(:
    hahahaha!!!! Abi told me that she and suzzie was damn upset when they lost to us cos they are going to world champs to do k2[; when we come back from moscow , 4 days later , the senior girls will be leaving for canada to compete![;

    Today we had timetiral all the k1 compete so it inclusde the seniors. SUPRISINGLY , abi and i was in a diff race but we coack the same timing 2.20min .... slow but im fine with it . haha

    then we did 200m i got 51s .. it dont know if its fast or slow....

    then we did relay , 2 relay and for both i was competing with abi . my group lost cos coach was in the other group . hahah
