haha ! i am starting be get addicted to chocolates , same for Nut . Thanks to brandon , 24 hour eating chocolate infront of us . Actually its because the food here is tasteless so we had no chioce but to eat chocolate to give our mouth some taste . hahahs . yar , and the food here is super heathly if they dont put so much oily in the soup . cos i think they fry the french fries then they boil it before giving it to us . Also , all their food have no gravy . hahahahs . its quite dry...
Oh yes , i managed to hit 10.20min today for my 2km in that weedy lake . hahah s. coach ( Mr Eily ) was kinda shocked cos he dont believe . he thought i always hit 11plusmin . Yesterday also , when i hit 10.27min he dont believe but today he believe cos i came in at the same time as Nut [;
Oh myyy i dont know how many 6 km run are we going to do this week ?! we ran on tues , wed , we are going to run today ..... i hope we dont have to run tmr ... oh ! and mr santo will be teaching us some technical stuff later . so cool[;
oh! i saw the romanian girls paddling yesterday and i thought they were in a k2 cos i was looking from the side . but when they came nearer as in just a few metres nearer i realised that they were in a k1 . Their strokes are soooo coordinated and its like one paddle infront while the other paddle at the back , like a k2 . so cool huh ... hahahs
