OH!MANNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!arggggghhhhhh

shit ! I CANT COMPETE IN THE NATIONAL WOMAN!!!!! its on the 25th and 26th of july and i wont be in Singapore , this means that i cant take k2 500m with ruo ning and k2 1000m with julienne. And like this is the only time i can take with them , whose knows when is the next time . arhhhh.How i wish i can just fly back from Romania these 2 days..... and i want to try c1[; yvon and john tried it today while the c1 guyus tried the k boats . haha . super funny , they couldnt balance at all ![;

Today's trng is damn fun [; Its NAMES DAY [; created by coach[;
There's 10 people name of the names day list : john tang , yvon , maxine , joshua ...(erm i cant remember) but they are suppose to give the sets. 15min per person [;

there was ermm.... 15min captain ball , 15min relay , 15min easy back paddle(thanks to john but we didnt do this in the morning and i am not going in the afternoon)

The 15min captain ball is damn fun , its more than 15min altogether but everyone must play for 15min , there's like 5 group(nat team is so big compared to last time , last time they can only create like 2 groups). Sarah is damn good at captain's ball , haha , she's been playing net ball for almost 10 years ...

RELAY ! i took k2 with julienne , its been a long time since i last took a k2 . ITS DAMN FUNNNNN!!! AND SUPER COLDDDDD !!! we are like freezing when we paddle , the tail wind is stronger than anything else . i think if we are to do a time trial , our timing can be 10s faster . hahahas . we can coordinate with each other its just that my frequency is abit fast [; i soooo LOVE the weather today [; since i cant paddle with julienne for national woman , we'll try to ask coach if we can paddle together for SEACC.

oh!man ! i'm deadddd, i am taking k1 for junior world champs....
