AH HA ! i can capsize and flip back with my paddle in the slalom boat !!!!!!!!!!! then i tried the 360 degree turn with just the hands and without the paddle . OMG .... i cap and i cant flip back . hahahahs . so i had to struggle for damn long then the instructors pull me back up cos i dont want to do that capsize drill whereby i have to remove my spray deck....
i think i sprain my wrist while playing , carrying the boat? i dont know... but its paaaaiiiinnnnn....
i am taking k1 500m for junior world champsss..... haha .... unless i shave off 10s from my current timing i dont think i can even get into the semis or the finals....
