Training is a killer!!!!!!!!!!!yesterday trng was weights and i was competing with ruo ning on the max number of reps for bench press and bench pull....10 kg each side
please i think ruo ning is maddddddddddddd!
bench pressme: 82 85 93 73

Today's trng
Running : 11.5km is one whole round around macritchi.... i hate the slopes !
i exceed the 1 hr 12 minn target by 3min ..... by right my coach wants those who exceed to re-run but then he say nevermind .... just swim 2.5km....
my whole body is breakinggggg
