Tues training[;Omg , it took me 1 hour to get to macritchi ( from school) ! take bus then take mrt then take bus again...okay... First , i took k2 with
yvon and seriously yvon
doesnt move at all... that explains why the boat is so stable ... haha!
we paddled 3 km then i took k2 with
julienne [;she is a
power woman , every stoke she pull i can feel the boat move . but i think i kick too much so end at we were quite unbalance at the first 200m [;
Then i took k2 with
Jia ru , we were like chatting throughout the 3km ... never chiong and of cos never really focus . haha . but from what yvon said ( yvon took with the both of us , and she sat behind) , she say jia ru's strokes and mine are the same just that jia ru dont really kick in a k2 [;
After that i tried the
k4 with
ruo ning , wilona and maxine . Apparently the boat was very unstable so cannot go fast at all ....
Wed trainingThis training is FUN!
Jia ru , me , Julienne and Yvon took k4 [;
we paddled 10 km and afew sprints -6km normal paddling , 4 km paddle with pause ( its super slow and tiring , my butt felt like its going to cramp anytime . haha )
After training like 6.45 p.m. , we were suppose to go up but we ended up playing like crazy ... Julienne didnt join us cos she didnt want to get wet . haha . so i push jia ru and yvon into the water ! hahas . of cos
jia ru took her revenge but
yvon didnt ! [;then we went to play with the motor boat and of cos coach
pretended to scold us in case anyone tells peter that we were playing in the reservior [;we went home at like 7.30??
Thurs trainingJulienne , Suzanne , yvon and i took k1 [; we did the slalom(?) thinggie , the one that has to turn and turn
(we did relay with it[;) the four of us compete with the 3 c1s and 1k1 guys[; The wind is super strong and that's what makes it more fun[; We did a few relays then we went to 1km mark and did another kind of relay , also have to turn and turn but now the distance is longer and have to do sharper turns[;
Today
no trng cos macritchi is closed for maintainanc3e...
At 5 suzanne went off so coach join our group in the
4 x 100m relay[; the first time we were on par , the second time we won and the last one (
we have to touch our friends boat before she can start spriinting) apparently yvon capped while trying to touch coach boat but we still won . haha[;
