- History lessons until 10
- went to ruixin house for lit drama
- Late for water trng(
xf and i took the wrong bus[;)
- Paddled 6km only cos we took a broken boat
- ran 1 round around the reservior with xiaofeng
- did 500 jumping jacks
- 100 push up [;
Wednesday
- history lessons until 10
- Had land trng
[ 25 push up ]
[ 100 jj ]
[ 6km - time trail ]
[ 4 sets of physical trng ]
-went home at 1 plus [;
- do homework
Thursday
-Play badminton for
3 hours with keith[ the other guys didnt come then those trng cant play]
this is part of ruo ning set [; to play badminton for 3 hours continuously [;
damn fun !
-went out with my parents till 9 plus
