training !
Ran 1 rnd around the reservior with jeanette , xiaofeng , and qing qing and another half with xiaofeng only .
Took k2 with xin hui , my third time with her only [;
did 10 x 2 min with the sec 4s and k4 then 150m , 100 m, 50m x 3
then warm down .
man , i was damn reluctant to do the warm down cos i cant wait to play . haha ! Xin hui and i managed to stand on our boat twice . Only the first time was unsuccessful , i stand and fall back so we endede up in the water [;
oh! we managed to turn 360 degree in our boat . But when we try to do it together , hehe , i fall backwards . But it was damn fun ! i think i will look forward to playing after every trng [[[;
we didnt do the javelin thinggie cos there was too little time [;
i finish 1 jian bao , and abit of maths [;
