-did sprinting before trng
-took k2 with xin hui amd did 10 x 2 min
Saturday [;
training --
Jerry came , took k2 with xin hui and did
2 x 1k n
3 x 500
then take k1 . did
5 x 250(out of 5 only one was done properly ,
cos jerry ask me to look up so i was
experimenting which was the most comfortable way )
did
6 x 60 stroke
( at first i tot was 60m ! )
oh! we get to play ! i did the standing one(k1) , it was successful !
then i tried the turning one 3 times , all i flipped backwards [;
After that had
swimming , we had relay [;
oh! my grp always win! (join my older bro) haha .
it has been like that for consecutive 3 weeks[;
Went to my cousin house and play
table tennis !
its damn funny , i wasnt the one playing cos i dont like .
my bro and i took my grandma's fan , then we use damn alot of strength to fan the ball ! haha , the ball always get blown off the table . its damn fun !
there's no way they can continue their gamn [;
We went to bedok reservior with my cousin to see the
singapore art festival thinggie.
After the thing we still dont understand the plot
cos we could only see half the show , we were blocked .
Then we were squating and running here and there
depending on which side is the show .
i think we are more like the
lunatics compareed to them [;
super duper tired the whole day . Went home to do the pasting for my lit and do another jian bao, my eyes nearly popped out at 2...then i went to zZzZzZ
sUNDAy oh ! my father checked my maths book and i only done half of it so he banned me from the comp and tv for the next 2 weeks . thank god, he's out now [;
