Nanfeng is having deprived trainings !!!!!
- today and tmr got no training
- next friday is gd friday also no trng
- next next friday is sports meet also no trng
kill me !

Sec 1 workshop !
Day 1

my group got third .
and we get to do punishments ! haha .
Zhi yin , Alain , Connie N Joanne came [;
We played :
-extreme sit ups
-ultimate push up
-charades
-hell case running
-skipping
-twisters
-hide the eggs
and we had a talk [;
i think the punishment was the best ! haha

Day 2
It was damn fun !
- had briefing
-played the chair game
It was so fun ! when we nearly reached the end ,
we fell down so we had to restart !
6 people squeeze onto 3 chairs then
pass the empty chair in front [;
we played ics , girls against guys ,
we fell of the chair but we still won
cos aishah block the guys until
we are at the same line the continue [;
- played hangman for 10 mins only
cos it wasnt fun
-pass the coins
haha ! i like this game !
- human deco
we plucked leaves ,
pick things out from the rubbish bins ,
took soil , and all sorts of crap like
newspaper , markers , cotton buds ,
black paper , trash bags , flowers ,
twigs , cardboard , toothbrush , shaver ,
toothpaste , stone and blah blah
we had to use every single thing no matter what .
then we had to make :
mountain
lakes with canoe and paddle
human ( young and old )
huts
trees
animals.
i will try to get the pictures [;
- played water bomb !
the ics dont get to take the water bomb .
but we get to take 2 bottles then
hang rong and i filled it up with
soil and algae then we started spraying at all of the sec 1s .
wth , their water bomb is filled with pepsi , salt , tissue , bottle cap and soil .
then they revenge on me and i taste salt and pepsi !
haha . ruo ning got wet tooo ! and the class room were super dirty !
my gruop got last ! haha , we were waiting for punishments ! but there isnt any cos no time .
