erm hi ...
i heard that cheryl , syhirah and shakira
is quitting but i dont know what's your reason .
Perharps all of your dont have the passion there already .
But pls dont say that the seniors
doesnt treat your well and all sort of that .
Try and think if someone
walks over to you and say
" we become seniors , we dont want to end up like how your treat us "
do you know how much you can hurt someone ?
Yar , maybe if someone in the team
doesnt talk to you at all ,
you would feel left out
but if you say something like that ,
It's x1000 times worst .

the feeling of being to ask to leave
but do you think the seniors have the choice ?
its not like they dont want you or
anything but its that the gym is really
to small for so many people .
The seniors are not
chasing you away or anything , do you know ?
i ask you ar , does the word 'rude'
comes to your mind when you send those
sms to your seniors ?
you make them pissed off and upset at the same time .
Its not only you ,
that they ask to leave the gym ,
xin hui, wei lun and the others also get scolded
but did they ever do these kind of things .
you must learn to understand ,
not everything is

but if the whole team does this for competitions ,
you would have won .
i really hope you'd think twice before quitting
because i know this afternoon you are doing that
out of a moment of folly .
And pls apologised to the seniors .
The team needs everyone ,
and dont think that you or anyone else is not important .
If everyone put their hearts in to training ,
then it wouldnt be a torture
instead you will start loving the cca , trust me .

Giving excuse during training is
already creating a big wall to block you from
getting the championship .
Getting it , is not a one or 2 perosn thing ,
so what if two perosn wins gold ,
we cant get the championship back either .
Remember what your told Mr Iskandar
that what your want to get this year ,
but then the way the number of people is quitting now ,
it only tells us that your dont even want the third position .
If those sec 2s girls really leave
then we are left with 9 girls ,
pls think about what your really want and
dont just say that your want the championship with your mouth ,
that isnt your true answer .
Remember " Action speaks louder than words "
and never think that you cant do it .
Nothing is impossible .
you are not alone ,
the team is always with you
if you are willing to be part of the team .
