I was soo tired this morning that
i thought of not going trng .
BUT ... you know such a good girl
like me wouldnt skip training .
hahah ! but lucky i went [;
it was fun !
School was boring , as usual except for lit lessons [;
i love lit lessons only when
Mdm Sharifah is the cher lahs .
Yesterday , we drew 'Aunt Dora ' :DDD omg !
i think ours the nicest ! hahahs .
Aunt Dora must have a beautiful head , big bossom ,
shapely legs , huge thighs , strong ,
thick lips and wear an apron that becomes her
( try to imagine that ! {:]
Today trng !
Its been a long time since
it didnt rain during trng [;
But it was so hot that Qing Xiang and some others
became red lobster
but ofcos qing xiang is the red-dest .
We did dry paddling under the HOT sun
( but dont know how long ), okay the sun a never cold [;

2 km warm up and 8 km straight ( shiok ! )
After the 8 k , joanne's leg cramp so
i took the chance to pour all the water on her .

hahahs . Followed by 2 x 500m then did the portage(?)

JOanne , i know you want to take k2 with me

cos jerry will never make that kind of arrangement .
