Omg ! i thanky yanky fool that i didnt die today [;
we had land trng and its damn pathetic because of the amount of people that turned up . We did 16 rounds of running and weights which were KILLING but we finished the 4 sets [;
Had swimming but i dont seem to have the energy . yeah , so my timing drop like ___.There's so little people that came today so my cher got lots of time ;[ she made us swim 70 laps -.- i shouldnt have gone manzxzxzxz .
Wth , the ubin race is 28km LONG ! oh , but we can choose our own boat[; will it kill? who knows .
