Its Friday ! wheee .
we did self-training today ! haha . we ran 5 rounds . The first 3 rounds , i run with jerrie then the last 2 i run myself cos she went to the toilet . damn loner lor ! somemore so hot ! Thanks to xiaofeng , she pang sei me and run first .
We did some weights and the rowing thing . There is one part where Vino is damn funny ! Joanne and i put the metal thing behind so vino cannot see then the weights is 110 then the front we put 50 . we call vino come and asked her to do 15 times . haha . vino thought 50 then very light so she never put strenght then the thing cannot come up . * laughing like mad . then vino push the second time , she did it ! haha but she was loike asking why izit so heavy ! hahahah . but we cant answer . haha . laugh until on the floor [[[:
Jerrie ask me to do 2 round sprinting with her but end up i cheat ! haha . i cant run anymore . the first round i did short cut so ended up seeing zhiyin . haha . then the second round we laugh like mad but i run abit then stop so jerrie contiune with xiaofeng [[:
We spent the rest of the time talking in the gym until 6 plus then went home . wl! zhiyin , memory very good ! no wonder science so good . i forgot she wants to see my wallet then pas to hwer to hold a while , then she go see ! haha . but i snatch it back . zhiyin , dont ever think of getting it ! hahahahahhah .
We ran after the bus 25 AGAIN ! second already lor .haiiiii . haha . the booklet , i haven sell any at all . haha .
