phooooooo . land trng today . the running was killing *only the last round . debbie run so fast . eh , but i really have to learn how to run properly . i sprain my ankle and wrist . my cher say i cannot paddle for at least a week . the gym made my hand half dead . lols . sh*t i am going overseas on sunday . yes . i will miss trngs . sighhhhhhhhhhh
